How it began  

AS FAR BACK AS I CAN REMEMBER, I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE A DJ, IT STARTED THANKS TO MY DAD BEING A MOBILE AND CLUB DJ. ON MOST SUNDAYS I CAN REMEMBER BEING TAKEN TO HIS GIG’S WHICH WAS A DELIGHT , AFTER SOME TIME I CAN REMEMBER BEING LEFT BEHIND THE DECKS, WITH A HUGE PILE OF SONGS TO CUE UP AND PLAY, THIS WAS THE BEGINNING OF MY DREAM, THE BEGINNING OF DARREN JAY .

Darren is a multi genre award winning Pro DJ with over 28 years entertainment experience (2017) and has been working nationally UK and around Birmingham’s Pubs and Club hot spots including Broad Street for over 17 years full time. Varied venues with his multi genre knowledge,

from retro theme to current music.

The past 5 years Darren has been producing his own DJ Video shows using unique footage and a flare that's new to see. Remastered Music & Video's that stand out in any environment.
